From start to finish Rob was simply outstanding. He always went above and beyond to help find us the perfect home and at the perfect time. Additionally, when we couldn’t find the perfect house on our house hunting trip he drove the neighborhood we loved the most and “found” a home under construction that had everything we needed. He even engaged his network and asked another realtor across the street from the home to locate the builder so we can speak to him about the home. As luck has it, Rob gave us a video tour and helped us talk to the builder and even arrange from an impromptu in person meeting with the builder. We put a contract on the house and it is our dream home. He was there with us every step as we picked out finishes virtually and up to closing ensuring everything was right. Robert was a joy to work with. He navigated selling our house and our buying a new one. Everything was extremely seamless. One of Robert’s greatest qualities is his communication and availability. He was a text or phone call away when we needed him. He always responded or returned our call within the hour, if not less. He kept us on track, keeping us informed of next steps and reminding us politely on our end what we needed to do to move forward with the transactions. Never once was I stressed or worried during the process of working with him; he was very easy to trust and made things simple in this usually complex process.

Robert helped several of our friends buy or sell their homes, so when it came time for us to purchase, we knew immediately that we wanted to work with him as our Realtor. He was highly recommended, and we were not disappointed. We were first time home buyers, and completely ignorant about the entire process, so we needed someone to help walk us through EVERYTHING. Robert was wonderful to work with for many reasons. I think we had him set up 17 houses to look at in the span of 2.5 weeks… Patience is a virtue, and this guy had tons of it. Robert is great at his job - incredibly knowledgeable about the process, market, and all things in between. He made sure all the paperwork was completed and filed, and always made sure to get our questions answered. He also recommended an awesome mortgage lender, who was equally as helpful. The biggest thing that stood out to us was his work ethic - he wanted to make sure to understand and accommodate our needs, but he was always very honest and upfront with us and always wanted to do things the right way. It’s unfortunate to see a bad review on his profile, but it’s clear that person never worked directly with him. Besides being an excellent realtor, he is just one of the kindest and warm-hearted people I’ve met. If and when we’re ready to buy and sell again, he would be the first person to call. Anyone would be lucky to have him on their side.

In response to Ms. Ravin Spurlin: Ma'am, I worked with Robert on this transaction and this review is ridiculous. You really need to contact your daughter's agent - especially considering Mr. Richardson contacted YOUR DAUGHTER'S AGENT (which you were not party to either side of the transaction) at least two days prior to closing requesting she close earlier in the day because the funds won't transfer until the next business day...therefore not allowing Mr. Richardson to even give her the key to that home - Because no money changed hands for him to be able to - Mr. Richardson is top-notch in all of his transactions from start to finish. Maybe your daughter's agent could actually accept some advise from a really good real estate broker. Point being - 1) you have no reason to write a negative review because this transaction was handled with the utmost care from an ethical and seasoned broker and 2) you were not a party to the transaction - at all. Of course your daughter's agent isn't going to say 'hey, I messed up but lets see if we can fix this.' Anyways, Mr. Richardson is absolutely a 5-Star real estate broker.

We have worked with Robert buying homes and selling one. He helped us, or more accurately held our hands, when we purchased our first house. Robert made the entire process painless and easy. Another review mentioned Robert’s patience, and I will 100% vouch for that. I was not the easiest first time home buyer, but Robert was always happy to take the time to answer each and every one of my questions. He patiently explained the process and worked for us every time. We’ve looked at so many homes with him finding just the right one for us (twice!) Robert is not only patient and kind, but he has a great sense of humor. He was even able to make the whole process fun and not stressful.
